RENTAL ATTENDANT
Helping our guests with a seamless ski, snowboard and other essentials rental experience.
Essential Functions:
- Physical/Manual labour and lifting
- Adjusting boots, skis, fitting poles and helmets as guests rent them for their stay
- Working safely
Experience/Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Works well under pressure
- No rental experience or ski/board experience required just the desire to learn the technical side of equipment.
RENTALS CASHIER
Helping our guests with a seamless ski, snowboard and other essentials rental experience.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to handle an accurate cash float
- Customer service
- Administrative skills
- Computer skills
Experience/Requirements:
- Customer service experience and likes to deal with people
- Works well under pressure
- Preferred point of sale or previous cash handling experience. Will be trained on equipment.
RENTAL TECHNICIAN (Ski and Board Repair)
Rental shop technicians are responsible for ensuring that customers are fitted for and provided with the appropriate gear for their skiing and/or snowboarding needs.
Essential Functions:
- Physical/Manual labour and lifting
- Ski and snowboard repair
- Fitting customers with skis, snowboards, boots, poles, helmets, goggles, etc.
- General shop cleaning
- Customer service and dealing with customer questions and concerns
- Working safely
Experience/Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Works well under pressure
- Technician will be trained on all aspects of the job (i.e. how to adjust skis, boots, poles, etc.)
- No experience required just the desire to learn the technical side of equipment
