FRONT DESK AGENT - HOTEL

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for an outstanding guest experience. Reports to the Front Desk Supervisor. Our hotel will be newly renovated for 2008/09 Ski Season!

• High level of guest interaction
• Cash handling skills
• Switchboard and dispatch training and use
• Making telephone and internet bookings
• Dealing with customer questions, concerns and check ins/outs
• Answering basic questions about the hotel, mountain and operations

• Exceptional customer service (for example travel industry/agent) or hotel experience, which should be exceptional
• Organizational skills
• Computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Employees will need to provide their own black dress shoes and black pants and will be standing most of shift.
